Unwinding the Root Causes of Pain and Discomfort
We are dedicated to addressing each patient’s symptoms with care and providing personalized treatment tailored to their needs.
Often, the root cause of pain or discomfort lies in old injuries that patients themselves may have forgotten, such as past accidents, surgeries, or scars. Our goal is to unwind these underlying issues and provide treatments that resolve them fundamentally.
Guided by the principles of acupuncture medicine, we classify conditions into three key pathologies: Blood Stasis Syndrome (Oketsu-sho), Muscle Paralysis Syndrome (Kinpi-sho), and Bone Paralysis Syndrome (Kotsuhi-sho). We take great care in selecting the appropriate tools and techniques for each affected area, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, the director Kenichi Inada gained experience in the manufacturing industry. As a new graduate, he joined Itochu Corporation and was responsible for exporting equipment for thermal power plants. He find it fascinating that both thermal power generation and acupuncture rely on metal and fire as tools of civilization. Sharing the charm and benefits of acupuncture has become his new mission.
During his four years in Thailand working in the nameplate industry, he contributed to the design and specification of identification labels, such as QR code stickers for machine parts. This experience has proven invaluable in managing and utilizing the diverse array of acupuncture needles at Kobe Kitano Acupuncture Clinic today.
Inspired by this connection, our practice focuses on the precise use of gold and silver needles, adhering to techniques rooted in tradition:
“Gold needles are best, silver needles are dull, and iron needles are the least desirable.”
—From Shinkyu Juhoki (Hongo Masatoyo, 1718, Kyoto University Library)
